    19 g onion

    32 g celery

    1/2 tsp dijon mustard

    1 T Hellmann’s vegan mayo

    15 g plain vegan yogurt

    salt, sweetener, pepper, dill, splash red wine, squeeze of lemon juice

    2 slices of low carb HEB bread (30 cal per slice)

    Fruit calories not included, didn’t weigh it out.
