    These protein buns are made from a 1:1 ratio of vital wheat gluten and water (here was 60g vital wheat gluten, 60g water). You add seasonings, make a dough, air fry it at 400° F for 12 mins and boom you have low cal, high volume, lean protein buns.     I make mine with Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute in the dough and then roll the dough balls in everything but the bagel seasoning. And I dip it in Trader Joe’s vegan Buffalo dip or mustard!! You could also make them sweet with cinnamon, maple syrup, stevia etc! So fast and basically straight protein LOL

  2. Wonder if they’d come out as well in a regular oven. I don’t have an air fryer 🙁

  3. Can you make this recipe with an oven? I don’t know the differences between an air fryer and an oven.
