10 days into a venison cure using mold 600, has anyone had their mold culture grow patchy like this?
This is my first time using mold 600 so I’m curious if this looks typical for 10 days or if something is happening that might make the mold not inoculate all the way around. The cellar is 55 degrees and 60-75% humidity
