i don’t follow a 1200 calorie diet, but i have been vegan for a long time and always see this sub so i wanted to share my meal with you all 🙂 ~ delicious and very very filling, definitely all im gonna eat today.

~ 950 calories
~ 32 grams of protein
~ b12 overdose

ingredients: corn chips, cashews, nutritional yeast, water, seasoning, olive oil, black beans, carrots, cilantro, jalapeños, buffalo sauce

    if u want more protein/wanna complete the calories, i recommend crumbling tofu over it or marinated soy curds
