May not be for a few weeks, but I felt like splurging on some Benton’s meat for my upcoming birthday. First time buying one of these, and it’s incredible! Suggestions for storage and cooking ideas, beyond thinly slicing like prosciutto and serving with cheese and wine?

Love, love, love Benton’s! Enjoy!
The ham looks beautiful. How many months of curing?
They don’t use nitrite on the bacon. Does it still taste “bacony”?
