  1. Ate at Hot Shop in Oslo, Norway which was given their first star in 2022. Great wine pairings, and lovely food.

    Some of the dishes, in order:
    – turnip and oysters
    – scallops, celery, gooseberries
    – lamb
    – don’t remember what they called the stock but was something fishy
    – halibut
    – blackberries and sweet woodruf icecream

  2. I would say the plating embodies the essence of “mørketid”. I hope the flavors were mind-blowing because this looks like what you would see if “meh” was a powerful emotion.
