The only place I’d consider doing the long flight back to Buenos Aires for maybe just to try again, Aramburu was an absolutely incredible experience!
Everything was delicious (only things I didn’t enjoy was one dish I found a bit salty and the avocado dish which felt a bit bland. The presentations were beautiful, the service impecable, and the non-alcoholic pairings we got with the meal were so well done and delicious.
It’s also the same exact price to sit in the kitchen vs in the normal seating area, so if you can snag the spot we really enjoyed that!
