    1 cup frozen blueberries.
    1 cup fresh spinach.
    2 tbsp PB2.
    About 1.5 cups Silk unsweetened coconut milk.
    Blend on high until it’s nice and smooth.

    Sometimes I cut the blueberries in half and add half a frozen banana instead. Cherries would probably be good too.

    PB2 is a defatted peanut butter powder. It’s great to mix with water and eat with apple slices like you might with regular pb, but way fewer calories.

    It’s been a long time since I’ve had a regular milkshake, but I think this is pretty close!
