  1. I used 1/3 block tofu and modified this recipe:

    Tofu “feta” marinade:

    (oil is 1/2 of that in original recipe):

    package of extra firm tofu (400 g)

    2 tbsp white miso

    juice of one lemon

    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

    .5 tbsp olive oil

    3 tbsp water

    2 tbsp nutritional yeast

    1 tbsp oregano (optional)

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp salt (or more!!!!)

    black pepper red pepper flakes (optional)

    My additions: pinch of rosemary and basil

  2. Wow! So excited to try this. All the tofu feta recipes I’ve made were labor intensive and used huge amounts of oil. Thank you so much for the inspiration and lesson. 🥳
