Excellent dinner for €120. Forgot to take photo of ramen. Nikkei (Peru/Japan) inspired with Canarian ingredients. Only improvement I would suggest is a fruity/tangy dish at some point for the sake of balance. by Prestigious_Steak_46 Fine Dining
