Took my dad out for his first Michelin experience last night while here in Tokyo.

We sat at the counter and both ordered from the Prix fixe menu. Every dish was flawless, and while the general service was more of a 1 star standard, our server was top notch and had some great stories. Great wine selection and a really fun petit fours tray to choose from.

Standouts were the snow crab with avocado and caviar, and the caramelised peppered wagyu.

Definitely worth checking out if you want something with a more approachable menu in Tokyo. Thankyou to those who recommended it for my picky eating dad, it was the best meal of his life!
