For a 450g serving: 60g carbs w/17g fiber, 0.8g fat, 16g protein.
I don’t know that I’ve ever had couscous in soup before but it’s delicious! I love how you can just take random things in your pantry and stick it in the instant pot and it becomes a delicious meal. It’s like video game cooking logic IRL.
Edit: oh, I also added a cup of water after cooking to get this consistency/weight
