Es Tragon, Michelin 1 Star in Ibiza, Spain. Probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had and I had to share it! (Sept 2022)

  1. Absolutely underrated and highly slept on Michelin 1 star restaurant in Ibiza. Note that it is only open in the summer months. Very good value for money as well, the 20+ course meal was around 160 euros per person. These are only a handful of photos from the experience, didn’t want to share them all to save some surprises of the experience. Hope you may have the chance to try it yourself!

Looks outstanding and a refreshing change of pace from the trends that most other michelin star restaurants seem to be following these days

  3. Always good to see nettle used. Such a flavourful ingredient, it really is worth exploring.

Without the benefit of eating, the meal is an agglomeration of unjoined components and incomplete, unrealized dishes. It’s the cuisine of everywhere and nowhere.

  5. Thank you sharing, I was thinking to go but after looking at the photos I definitely won’t go. Looks like dishes from 5 years old plating mini kitchen, not my style. I love fine food and local products but I strongly prefer 3 to 5 dishes that are MUCH bigger, you don’t even have 1 sip in most pictures
