1. quinoa corn salad with lime dressing, 5 servings / 218 calories per serving
2. coconut chickpea curry and cauliflower rice, 450 calories per container (3 full containers)
3. lebanese lemon garlic potatoes, 4 servings / 213 cals per serving
full ingredients:
1. quinoa, corn, cucumber, lime, salt, cilantro
2. chickpeas, coconut milk, tomato, onion, garlic, and too many spices to list (including garam masala, curry, etc)
3. red potatoes, lemon, garlic, zaatar, olive oil
4. cauliflower, lime, scallions, salt
