This is a five course tasting menu at Cocina Abierta in San Juan, Puerto Rico. They obviously don’t have a Michelin Star (they don’t award those in Puerto Rico) but well worth the experience if you’re in the island. My favorite dish was the mofongo which came with smokey eggplant that was to die for. Their menu is all farm to table, locally sourced. Their wine menu is focused around biodynamic wines from women owned vineyards. We had a fantastic red Pet Nat with dinner.
