    Steps

    * Cut up carrots, zucchini, and tofu. Steam corn. Set aside.

    Make your sauce (or optionally just buy some pre-made):
    * 15 ml pineapple juice
    * 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    * 3 T soy sauce
    * 1 tsp grated ginger
    * 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    * 1/2 T Truvia brown sugar
    * 1 tsp sambal oelek (optional)
    * 2 T hot water

    Dissolve the sugar in hot water. Add ginger followed by other ingredients. Adjust taste to how you like it. I made mine with less sugar and pineapple juice, so add more of those if you want. Some recipes add a little lime or lemon juice or liquid smoke.

    Brown tofu and veggies in pan and when nearly done add the sauce and let it evaporate. Flip everything, and watch it because the sugars in the pineapple juice will smoke if overdone.
