  1. This was a very good omakase. Is it just me though or did the eel texture change a bit from years ago? I feel like in the past it had kind of a anko paste texure (which was amazing) and this time was still soft but a different, looser type of soft (still delicious though!) Also sorry for bad photos, I try to take less than 3 seconds when taking the photos so I can eat at peak deliciousness.
