It was super dark in there so couldn’t get the best pictures, but I think they’re adequate enough. It was THE best food I’ve ever had in my life. Absolute fireworks of new flavors and combinations. Amazing!
The meal itself looks much more fun than expected in that environment.

Looking to book a dinner there in March! Quick question: Did you ever communicate with them prior to your dinner? I emailed them to ask if it was possible to have the meal without foie gras (I’m allergic an i’s DEVASTATING), but haven’t heard back. I don’t want to book and then find out it’s not possible.
