Really quick and easy to make: microwave the cauliflower a few minutes then finish by pan frying. Wilt the spinach in the microwave (covered with a little water). Heat lentils, slice tomato, season with salt and pepper and done!

What do the lentils taste like? Are they spicy? (Coming from someone who is very sensitive to spicy and generally stays away from Indian for that reason)
I love all of those bagged lentils and beans and stuff. So yummy and easy. So many brands make them, and I don’t think I’ve ever tried one I didn’t like.
