Almost every day I pre-log a 150 calorie pre-made snackbox like this and it’s been really helpful for staying on track. When I wander over to the fridge it’s so much easier to grab something out of this than going for something higher calorie.

I may not have the energy or motivation to meal prep for a week, but this kind of simple snack prepping is something I can manage. Sometimes it’s the small changes that produce the biggest results.
