Thanks for the recommendation, Reddit! I went in without even looking at the type of food served so I was totally blind. It was a really fun meal, 36 courses total I think? Seamless and friendly service and a nice progression throughout the meal. A lot of very unique combinations of flavors! Sad to learn they’re closing soon but I’m happy to have gotten to try it. Lights went out halfway through the meal and the team handled it so well, didn’t delay a thing and I kind of preferred the candle lit vibe! Very impressed with the staff, totally unflappable
