Had some mould on the outside but cut it off and the inside looks great…. Taste is delicious too melts in your mouth

    Cheap white wine and a tooth brush and you get rid of all that mold. Then a splash of white wine into a vac seal bag for 3 months to let the moisture evenly distribute and those harder outside bits soften up and once sliced you hardly notice them
