Had the absolute pleasure of having my dinner last night at Pages in Paris. The food was absolutely superb. I had a selection of aged Wagyus for main and now strongly believe that should be the go to for all main courses. Beautiful turbot, stunning lobster in red wine and goats cheese sauce (???) and a honey dessert that would comfortably fit on the best menus in the world. Absolutely superb. Massive portions too – I was worried I wouldn’t finish. Also the service was absolutely exceptional. Loved it.
