  1. They turn into these light crispy crackers that you can scoop hummus with. The instructions on the back were for frying, but I just microwaved mine for 15 seconds and they pooofed up. Fun to watch.

I wish they were a tiny bit less salty. These were made from chickpeas, but I’m going to try the ones made from lentils which are even higher protein per calorie.

I found these at my grocery store, but there are many brands online.

I looked these up and it’s awesome these are mostly made from chickpeas as opposed to wheat! Also, I’m assuming the nutrition label is UK because I’ve never seen anything like it and it was very confusing for me (US) to read lol

I just placed an order for some of these on Amazon! Thanks! I’m excited to try em out.

I did, and I LOVE pappadum. When I was little I would eat them with tuna fish, instead of on a sandwich. Now I do that with chickpea “tuna”!

  5. Get some Indian pickle to go with them

Get a load of tomato, onions, other ~~salary~~ salady things. Cube it all up, stir in a spoon of pickle and then eat it poppadoms done in the microwave. Super tasty and filling

Americans, papad are the crisp circles you get waiting for the meal. With chutney.

    Like tortilla chips and salsa.

I’ll try some make at home in the air fryer. It works on corn tortillas!

  7. I low papadams ❤️

I usually get low fat version, they’re only 240kcal per 100g and 20g protein!
