Had a great experience at l’abysse – the service was absolutely top-notch, both incredibly charming as well as on point, the food was not only delicious and interesting, it was also good value (98€ for a lunch menu plus some extra sushi)
The star of the show is of course the rice + fish bowl, which is a generous portion of various delicious fish and caviar. And then the dish evolves as they bring you nori and broth halfway through.
I would totally come back for omakase!

This looks incredible and I can’t believe that price! I ate at Pavyllon (***) years ago and you’re right that the location is stunning. This is now top of my list for next Paris trip!

The food looks great but I just have to compliment the whimsical cutlery. It’s pretty impressive.
