Ingredients: 1/4 pkg Beyond beef, 1/4 onion, 2 chopped bell peppers, 1 pkg Birds Eye Southwest style power blend, 1 T better than bouillon “no-chicken”, 4 cups water

First, pan fry the beyond beef, onion, and bell peppers. Add water and 1 package of power blend and bouillon. Heat to blend flavors and serve.
I’m surprised not to see some tomato as the base. I always think of using peppers and tomatoes together. I might need to try this. Thanks for sharing.
