  1. 2 containers of the small vanilla kite hill greek yogurt (300g)
    2 weetabix biscuits (37g)
    probably a tablespoon of sugar free maple
    13g peanut butter
    98g frozen fruit
    I put the weetabix in then add hot water so it gets mushy then I add my yogurt and toppings n mix. Also sugar free maple syrup is essential
