Does anyone know a good way to improve the texture of Ezekiel wraps? I love Ezekiel bread, burger buns, and cereal, and I want to like the wraps, but whenever I try them they have a tendency to crack and rip in odd ways. It’s like they’re too stiff and brittle. I would take a frozen one from the freezer and microwave it for a minute or two. How does everyone heat them up from frozen? Should I let them thaw?
I miss eating tofu so much!! Must buy some tomorrow
