Our 3rd Michelin Stan restaurant of our Italy trip and this was my favorite by far. The ambiance was incredible, the staff was so attentive and kind (and surprisingly young). I love that diners eat at an angle with backs to other tables. It allowed us to immerse in to the meal and it felt almost private.

Ordinarily there would be 3 fish courses in the 7 course menu we ordered, however with my husbands seafood allergy they adapted the menu and it was divine. I hope to be back to try some of the signature seafood dishes.

The wine pairing was adventurous and delightful, and the glassware! Gorgeous through and through.

  1. Thanks for the reviews and the photos!

I must ask, what is “animate salt less bread” meant to be, and how is it related to being from Amalfi?

  2. We has the most spectacular experience there last year. Full tasting menu with incredible wine pairings and we did the coffee tasting at the end. I loved the privacy of the experience, too.

I live in the south chicken livers, gizzards, and hearts are all delicious. Can do it better for less and yes you could have seconds on the house.
