    2 breakfast sausages – 140 cal, 13g protein

    Salad ingredients:
    2 cups lettuce
    1 cup arugula
    40g edamame
    15g red pepper
    1 tbsp olives
    1 tbsp capers
    1/3 oz vegan feta
    1/4 tsp hemp seeds

    Salad dressing:
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp hummus
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Water as needed to thin it out

    Total calories for just the salad were 168, with 9.6g of protein! It was kinda just thrown together from what I had in the fridge, but turned out super delicious and filling!
