Im in the process of starting my own company. While navigating all the legalities (licensing/permitting/opening the company/searching for commercial kitchens to rent) I am having a hard time creating a menu and determining what size boards to use/how much food to put on said boards to feed x amount of people. As I don’t have much culinary background or knowledge, all my kitchen experience has been learned and passed down through familial tradition. I’ve really got a knack for these boards and it brings me so much to see others enjoy what I’ve created. Any feedback/guidance is most appreciated! I recently made this board above for a friend’s house warming party which I *guestimated* it to feed ~20 people as an appetizer.
