    Ingredients for 3 glasses:
    * 1/3 c blueberries
    * 3 strawberries
    * 1/2 orange
    * 1.5 can of diet Sprite or can be other diet drink
    * 2 T of sugar free grenadine or other fruit syrup (can use concentrated orange juice too, but adjust calories)
    * 5 oz of red wine (check barnivore.com to see if vegan)

    You can use whatever fruit you want. I saw one recipe with pineapple and other tropical fruits.
    There are many sugar free fruit syrups you can use. Teisseire and Monin make some.
