  1. To make 8 burger patties combine:

    * 1 pkg Beyond Beef
    * 3 T soy sauce
    * 2 tsp sesame oil
    * ground black pepper
    * 2 T Truvia brown sugar blend
    * 2 tsp minced garlic
    * 2 tsp minced ginger

    Mix everything and pan fry. No oil needed if using non-stick pan.

    Slaw: cilantro, green onion, and slaw mix plus kimchi (from Target). Dressing is apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, sweetener, 1 tsp soy sauce

    pickled veggies: cucumber, red onion, and carrots
