My favorite meal at Peru. Service was attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed (had to go in casual cloths because I was backpacking and was fine). Food is absolutely amazing, with the scallop ceviche and the squid and potato cream standing out especially. Overall the menu fit together very nicely, and each dish had a very balanced flavor profile

We were considering this place during our stay early last week, but instead decided on Mayta and then left the country due to unrest

My favorite meal in Peru! Liked it better than Central and Maido.

Looks amazing! What about the beverage pairing did you have any wine or other Peruvian cocktails. Also what was the unrest situation like when you were there? This is definitely on our bucket list.
