One of my best restaurant experiences to date and a very memorable lunch. My husband had the regular lunch menu, the only differences were his dumpling had Guinea fowl and instead of the fish main course he had a springbock filet. Also the price point was honestly unbelievable, at less than 60€ equivalent, €97 with wine pairing (I opted for a cocktail and a nice glass of white instead). We sat at the elevated bar with a direct view on the pastry station and over the pass into the kitchen. Service was friendly and professional, I loved everything about the experience. It well deserves its spot on the top 50 list and I would predict it will continue to rise on it.

  1. Loved FYN. I miss Greenhouse, another Peter Templehof restaurant that was amazing. Did you go anywhere else? I tried Indochine, La Columbe, Pier and Beau Constantia Chefs Warehouse recently. All top notch.
