1. tomato essence. Small chunks of grilled watermelon and lobster beneath the tomato sorbet. Amazing

5. Just wow. The fish was perfect quality and the vinaigrette surrounding it must be the best I have ever eaten.

9. Insane. Best main I have eaten. Pigeon was perfectly tender. Skin still crunchy. Amazingly deep flavor. Woooow. Still have the flavor on my tongue when thinking about it!

12. didn’t like it at all. But this has to do with personal taste as people at the table loved it.
