The 12-course menu is about 150$ per person, super playful and unapologetic. Nikkei cuisine means japanese-peruvian. Very delicious food, some of the most intense flavors I’ve ever had, but the vibe is very casual. My favorite in Peru.

One of my favorite meals I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a lot of starred places that couldn’t hold a candle to Maido.

I just went there in July, pretty good experience! If you still have room, you should definitely try out Central’s sister restaurant. It’s honestly the best meal I had in Peru
