    lunch: brown rice (200), edamame (90), mandarin oranges (45), carrots (15), radish (5), romaine (15), zesty sprout mix

    dinner: quinoa (170), oil free & baked mini falafel (160), spinach (8), radish (6), carrots (21), broccoli (15), zesty sprout mix

    not pictured: 2 carrot sticks + hummus snack (~120)

    Those strawberries look so perfect 😍 also weird question but are those oranges from a can or the cups? I feel like the ones I get are always half broken lol. Overall looks like a delicious day of eats!

    How do you cook your quinoa? That looks unreal and mine always ends up mushy!
