First Michelin Star restaurant experience: South African and French cuisine. It was an awesome experience. Small 20-25 seat restaurant. We started with handwashing at the table and progressed into the tasting menu. We chose to get the wine pairing with each course as well that was a mix of French and South African wines which was really fun. The starters were creative and showed a lot of different skills! After the main of beef fillet (pic 9) we walked across the street to Maria, the sister restaurant to JAN. (Pic 11-14) After we walk back to JAN we had 2 desserts that were delectable! Loved our experience!
