Needless to say there are so many fine dining restaurants out there to try, but at least for the UK, The Fat Duck is on the top of my wish-list for its creativity and innovation 😋😊

Dining at The Fat Duck would be the only reason I’d ever visit England. Very interesting to see them choose Jack Daniels for one of the whiskey gummies. That’s comparable to choosing tilapia roe for a caviar sampler.
Did the first drink pairing taste like gravy?
