Picked this up in Chinatown. Any suggestions on what to do with it?

    There are thousands of different sauces in the world. You cut a seitan block or super firm tofu block in any shapes you want. I typically cook the seitan or tofu on a cast iron pan. Once cooked, I push together the tofu or seitan, put cheese/vegan cheese on top. Then the sauce of my choice. Then veggies of many choice . Then add a smidge of water and cover the pan to cook the veggies some. After some time mix that…. that concoction can go on rice base or make an awesome sandwich, or a tortilla wrap, ect . The possibilities are endless. I love bbq sauces , or Indian sauces. NOM NOM
