See if you can find Oasis hummus! I always see it at Whole Foods. It’s oil free and the second ingredient is water and then tahini. Ends up being about 30 cals per 2TBSP vs 80 and I find I can easily doctor it up with some garlic powder or lime juice or crushed red pepper and it tastes great!
Doesn’t look anywhere near that high calories! ?? Isn’t two tablespoons of nut butter about 190 calories?
