Absolutely incredible meal and the vibes from the staff were unmatched. Everyone we interacted with wasn’t just “nice” they were so chill and friendly, like you had known them for years.
The food was, of course, fantastic. Stand out was the Mentaiko spaghetti, I could eat that every day. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back.

The lychee salad is well liked. I was looking forward to trying it as I like lychee. It was probably the second most disgusting thing I’ve ever had.
Roses Luxury is my happy place from my time in DC and I go there to eat every time I’m back in town. So many wonderful memories in this building.
If you haven’t been to P&P yet definitely take the opportunity to make it happen
Weird presentation on that salad! Also a little weird to eat out of the plastic as part of the presentation on the mussels dish.

My husband and I went here the night before our wedding and LOVED IT! The food was amazing, the staff awesome, and the overall vibe was perfect. We have such fond memories of this place.
