God I love Bresca. Jônt is the only restaurant in DC (that I’ve been to anyway) that I like more, and it’s right upstairs lol.

Went to Bresca a couple of weeks ago and it was incredibly good. Did the 4-course bar tasting menu and let Sara (sp?) the head bar master mix complimenting cocktails vs the usual wine pairing I’d do. She crushed it and every cocktail enhanced and brought out the flavors of the meal. Highly recommend, she also does a cocktail tasting (which I haven’t done but sat next to a couple that was doing it) where she goes in to a ton of the history and details in each ingredient, etc. I think that’s only Thursdays and Sundays.
