    That’s gorgeous! How did you cut the kiwi to get that beautiful pattern? As well as the cheese in the bottom left hand corner? Last question, what kind of macaron is that, blueberry?

    How do you find the tete de moine holds up? Whenever I’ve used it on boards it has dried out pretty fast. The girolle slices so thin! Is there any trick I’m missing? Beyond a box with a lid I guess, lol.
