Had the absolute pleasure of eating at one of this years brand new starred restaurants, and it more than lived up to the hype. Comfortably one of my favourite meals in a long time. Plenty of stand outs, but to try and keep it brief – the ox cheek had an unmistakeable 'yorkshire pudding' taste to it that brought back all sorts of childhood Sunday dinner memories, the asparagus was way more flavourful than it had any right to be, and the set buttermilk is quite possibly the best dessert I've ever had. Overall, just an incredible evening and more than deserving of all their acolades. Highly recommended.
