  1. Reina Pepiada is a Venezuelan dish where you stuff chicken salad inside an arepa. Here is my vegan version with garbanzos. I also made vegan mayo for the first time and was shocked by how easy it is! I just mixed ½ cup of garbanzo water, 2 cups of oil, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a bit of dijon and salt. I did not slowly pour the oil in like in a lot of videos and it came out fine.

    Oh my gosh, I love seeing arepas on here! Honestly sometimes I just eat them plain.
