For the fried rice:
Leftover rice, Daring vegan chicken, 1/2 tbsp vegan mayo, ginger, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, maggi seasoning, carrots, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, 1/4 tsp sugar, a squirt of sriracha all pan fried in a wok
Egg drop soup:
Water, Better than Bouillon no chicken broth paste, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 block firm silken tofu, white pepper, a tiny bit of grated ginger, and a dash of turmeric
The dumplings are the Nasoya tofu vegetable dumplings, and for the sauce I just combined soy sauce, hoisen sauce, sambal olek, and some green onion
Duuuude this looks amazing!!!
Those dumplings are the best! I could have them every night and not get tired of them. It all looks delish tho!
Rofl my first thought was “your soup looks like soy sauce” and then noticed there was a second picture.
This looks delicious!
