Went as a solo diner at their first dinner slot (16h). Greatest food all the way, impeccable service and loved the wine pairing. The highlight was probably the lamb but everything was awesome.
Till this day, Per Se is still one of my most favourite restaurants. Would love to visit TFL one day but I don’t drive. Seems hard to get to if I were to be in San Francisco
