    bfast: protein pancakes using tribe vanilla protein powder (vegan and GF free), water, cinnamon, low sugar syrup, banana, raspberries, desiccated coconut.

    dinner: cabbage and quorn mince stir fry, lemon roasted vegetable couscous and nutritional yeast.

    pudding: baked apple slices with cinnamon, sugar and non dairy vanilla ice cream.
